Yesterday, NECA revealed two TMNT action figure sets based on the original arcade game. The two sets of four action figures will be sold exclusively at San Diego Comic-Con in July. Pre-order details for attendees will be released later this week.
Cowabunga, dude! This SDCC-exclusive box set is based on the classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4-player co-op arcade game and features brand new figure sculpts and deluxe packaging. Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael stand approximately 6” tall and feature over 30 points of articulation, including double knee joints to fully showcase their mastery of the martial arts. Special paint deco reflects the Turtles’ in-game appearance. The box set is packed with accessories, including signature weapons, interchangeable hands, pizza power-up and more. Yesterday, May 22, Paramount held the world premiere for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Out of the Shadows at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The event brought together film makers with the fans ahead of the wide release of the film on June 3.

Last month, race car driver Danica Patrick and Chicagoland Speedway made a joint announcement that Patrick will drive an April O'Neil/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles themed car in the September 18, 2016, Sprint Cup race at Chicagoland Speedway. It was also announced that the race will be called the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 400.
